The community of "Indian Point" is ideally located for your vacation in the Orlando area , a secluded neighborhood with easy access to the major roads to speed you on your way. The community recreation area contains a large open air swimming pool, tennis court (2 rackets provided in villa), 2 Childrens play areas and basket ball area.

   For shopaholics, the Orlando/Kissimmee area is a boon. Along with the convenient 24 hour Super Walmart,there is also a similar sized Super Target, and Sam's Club a short drive away (5 Mins) on the 192. BJ's, Costco (Don't forget your membership card's) and superstores are close by on John Young Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail. For designer bargain hunters, PrimeOutlets (formerly BELZ) at the top of international drive and Premium Outlets near the bottom of international drive are the most popular. There are 3 main Malls, Florida Mall, Mall at Millennia and Altemonte Mall. These have a plethora of shops at "normal" prices. There are also numerous other shops all along the 192 and further up international drive. Also a new shopping outlet "The Loop" with a 16 screen cinema is a 10 minute drive away at the junction of John Young Parkway and Osceola Parkway. One place we do like to go every time we visit is Old Town, along the 192. Friday and Saturday they have a "cruise" of classic cars. On Thursday's they also have a motorcycle cruise. (Motor-racing fans, Disney's speedway is found just before Magic Kingdom, Daytona is about a 2 hour drive, and Sebring is around 3 hours.)

   Eating, well what can we say, every taste is catered for at probably every price. The number of restaurants along the 192 has to be seen to be believed. There are a multitude of family diners, serving Steak, Seafood etc etc, the list is endless. Some like Ponderosa and Sizzlers are buffet style restaurants where you have unlimited trips to the buffet. We would recommend the Cheesecake factory at the Mall at Millenia. (The name is a bit of a give away for their specialty).
