Our luxury relaxing home is situated on the quiet residential development of 'Indian Point', just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. It is in an ideal location for you to base your vacation while in the theme park capital of Orlando. The house is a 12 minute drive to the Disney theme parks, an 18 minute drive to Sea World,Discovery Cove,Aquatica and just 20 minutes to the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks.

    Our house comes fully equipped with all the amenities that you would expect in your own home, with soft carpeting throughout. The house has four bedrooms, a king master suite, two queens doubles and a twin, all with sumptuous mattresses, a large family room with luxury sofas, a formal dining area, a large kitchen with breakfast nook, laundry room, two bathrooms and the indispensable heatable swimming pool. It is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in all the main rooms for your added comfort. For parties of 10 people there is a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa in the family room. For the very young guest we provide a travel cot/crib, 2 pushchairs/strollers, high chair, baby monitor and also a Bed Rail for the slightly older child.

    We have added a fabulous 42" HDTV with 75+ HDTV Channels and home theater surround system. There are tv's and dvd players in all the bedrooms. The HDTV also enjoys over 300 cable channels and for the UK football fan premiership football, the tv's in the bedrooms have access to 70 cable channels. We provide a large (55+) selection of dvd's for all age groups and, in addition, a playstation-2 with dual hand controllers and a selection of games.

   We have installed highspeed wireless Internet access (encryption is switched on) for guests with laptops. Ideal for relaxing by the pool with your pc. Also complementary use of 2 digital security safes, long distance and international telephone calls, and an answerphone are provided for your convenience.

    The heatable pool and deck is fully screened and privacy is maintained by a surrounding 6'6"/2.0m fence. We have provided deep cushioned sun loungers and chairs for your comfort while enjoying the sunshine, and a selection of inflatables for your amusement in the pool. At night, you can make use of the installed automatic colour changing pool light.

    A 2 minute drive from the house, will bring you out on Highway 192 (packed with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions.) at a huge 24 hour Walmart next door to which is the popular evening dinner attraction of 'Medieval Times' a 10-15 minute walk from the house should adults want to enjoy a drink or two and not have to worry about driving. For anyone attending the Orange County Convention Center, our home is ideally placed, being a short 20 minute drive away avoiding the main commuter roads.
