Rental prices are in British pounds, US dollars and Euro's are stated as a per week basis. The price includes all utilities, end of stay clean and local taxes. Where there is an overlap into another rate, a pro-rata rate will apply for that part of your holiday. Rental  prices exclude pool heating.

Bookings can start and end on any day of the week that suits your itineray, you are not restricted to a Saturday to Saturday only period. Bookings of less than 1 week are allowed, although we do require a cleaning fee for any bookings of 5 nights or less. We also give a discount for bookings of 21 nights or more.
